................. like the project in cebu when the ASEAN summit last 2007 is arriving they are building the Cebu international convention center and the street lights thats way to much expensive that from now, year 2008 it is not functioning by this time
FYI.. every street light cost 200,000+ thats equivalent to $5000

i'll explain to why these lights are expensive yet low quality you see that the Philippines has many really FILTHY living OFFICIALs so they are the one deciding about projects that will be done on their area of responsibility so what they did is overpricing the project cost like 10 times bigger the real cost will..
well if your not a filipino you'll be surprised about
the gov't but
if you're a Filipino you will not even be surprised about the truth....
